Treat Self well & be a Leader to yourself!!.

As we all know "Attitude reflects leadership "... A long pause ... 

As quoted by our father of nation : "A sign of a good leader is not how many followers you have , but how many leaders you create".  This is a powerful mantra of being a leader.  

In the value chain of modern world ,  much centered with human being  , everyone wants to be at their best, and give their best through this journey of life sometimes people don't realize what they are good at.  

1. Most of us wear an organized mask leaving their train of thoughts in their home shelf & randomly go with what is being told or asked.  In true sense they are not what they are , their outcomes are not what they wanted . They are merely just players in the game of some's hand . 

2. Stop there , Give it a deeper thought "  Am I keen to do this?". Is it just the requirement meet . If so you are not going to give 100% .  Here is where the diversion should begin by thinking extreme and see how well you can change the situation . Treat well and don't under estimate you for any thoughts, be it could be a simple one.  The moment when you get this in your hand , the dimension of truthiness , and their emotional bond will make you stand on your own . let's not get this  sidelined in this new game of work.  

Satisfaction defines the success and let's not leave it to someone's hand .  Take in hand and be true to yourself . You will be a great leader.!!.
