Product Updates

Real-Time Journeys with Triggers (BETA)

Real-Time Triggers is now available in beta in the Journey UI. This allows marketers to respond to customers in real time with triggered activations to personalize the customer experience and drive greater conversion. Data engineers can now configure real time events, stitching keys and import batch attributes to enable real-time Triggered activations.

Real-Time Personalization (BETA)

Personalization 2.0 configuration via YAML is now available and will enable processing of configured events and provide response back in real time. Server-side integration will be enabled for this feature, which allows analysts to send data in real time to a customer channel to provide a personalized experience for new or existing users.

Activation Actions (BETA)

Activation Actions is a capability that allows users to set up an action via user-defined workflow (nested workflow) in the Activation configuration. It will address the use cases where users like to do some post processing on the actual result-output of the activation before sending it to the final destination.

Account Hierarchy & Householding (BETA)

Account Hierarchy and Householding enhances the current CDP and Audience Studio offering by enabling customers to organize profiles under Accounts or Households. Organizing profiles under Account or Households enables marketers to build audiences more effectively based on “Group” attributes and behaviors using Audience Studio.
