Transform plastic waste into treasure with Envirotech ??
Envirotech is a recycling company established in Davao City in 2010 to help address the perennial plastic problem in the Philippines. Founded by Winchester O. Lemen, the company collects single-use or soft plastic wastes from local communities and private organizations and converts them into furniture, construction materials, household essentials, and other products.?
Investor relations essentials - Data updates ??
When did you share your latest data updates with investors? Investors always look at specific data points when analyzing startups. Some very essential ones are the 5Ts. These are team, timing, traction, technology, and TAM (basically market size).?
Changes in these data points give investors also a lot of input in the expected further development of your company. If a new government regulation will drastically increase your market size, that is relevant. If your KPIs are improving and you make more revenues, that is relevant.
Make sure to update your data on a regular basis and inform investors of what is happening with your 5Ts.

?????Navigating the rise of AI tools in investor outreach??
With the explosion of AI tools, early-stage startup founders have access to more data and insights than ever before. While this is undoubtedly a positive development, it also presents a challenge when it comes to investor outreach and pitching. As more and more founders turn to AI to automate their outreach efforts, investors are becoming increasingly guarded and selective about the pitches they entertain. Investor question of the week
"What is your highest priority for the next six months?”
Where your current focus is can give investors a lot of input into the situation of your business as well as your ability to focus on the right things to grow your company.
Especially with the current market conditions, investors will make sure that your company can survive the current difficult market conditions before investing.
The value of analyzing variables
"Entrepreneurs tend to highlight their successes but we prefer to hear about their failures and learning curves. It's important to examine the variables, including the people involved in their failures, to gain a deeper understanding of their journey."
An?essential point for investors when assessing whether to invest in a particular startup is the challenges you went through. By focusing on an entrepreneur's failures and learning curves, investors can gain valuable insights into their approach to problem-solving and risk management and give a more comprehensive understanding of the entrepreneur's journey, helping them to make more informed investment decisions.

Hello DueDash community!
As you know, data is all around us, and it plays a crucial role in the success of any startup. In this issue of the DueDash newsletter, we want to emphasize the importance of staying up to date with your data.
In today's world, information is tracked, collected, and analyzed in enormous amounts. The volume and speed of information, combined with the accuracy of analysis, are the reasons why we trust in numbers. With the help of AI, we can make even more precise predictions.
For startups, it's important to understand that if you can't interpret your data, you can't leverage it. And if you don't gather the necessary data, it won't be easy to develop your startups in the right direction.
In the past, decision-making processes were driven by older leaders based on experience, which turned into intuition. But with young founders taking hundreds of decisions, these new approaches to data-driven decision-making can change the game. That's why startups should be at the forefront of this development.
So, make sure you're keeping up with your data! Learn more how DueDash can help you achieve this.
