We at Kevit Technologies are super proud to announce we have been shortlisted for the semi-final round of Airtel Business IQ Hackathon 2022 – powered by WhatsApp ( Meta for Business ), out of 1500+ teams who participated in this competition. The competition has been organized by TechGig .?We are super motivated to become finalists and come out as winners. ?

Kevit Technologies is a WhatsApp specialized chatbot?company, that is digitally transforming businesses and empowering them to deliver delightful customer experiences with automation on WhatsApp. We have built a travel buddy chatbot on WhatsApp with the aim of automated booking, personalized experience, travel desk support and travel updates on the go.?Hence, we would also like to thank Airtel IQ and Meta for giving us this opportunity to showcase what we do best!??

What got us excited to participate in this Hackathon?

Been one of the early adopters of chat automation on this messaging platform, we exactly know how WhatsApp can supercharge business growth. While the hackathon comes as a part of Meta’s efforts to expand adoption of WhatsApp for Business, aiming at monetizing one of the most used mobile applications in the world, it aligns with our vision of automating not only support, but a complete business funnel on WhatsApp. ?

Along with that, getting access to Airtel’s startup accelerator program for “business mentorship’ is a big win for any enterprise. This collaboration of two of the biggest technology conglomerates in the country can be defined as the major driving force in our participation.?

Talking about our experience, creating a solution for business challenges for the Travel and Tourism industry did help our team to learn about the problems of this industry in the era of connectivity. We also appreciate the constant help and support from Airtel IQ, Meta and Techgig.?

What are the challenges we addressed with our solution?

Discussing the challenges of one of the key sectors of Indian economy, i.e., the Travel and Tourism industry, we think it is first important to reason out why we chose this specific industry:
