Jennifer has 26 years of experience in the industry and has been with TranSystems for a collective 6 years joining us with SEPI. She currently serves as Principal/Senior Vice President of Strategy in Raleigh, NC.

What is the best way to uplift and support women in STEM and/or leadership roles?

Champion their valuable contribution, voice and engagement internally and externally with clients and partners. ?Seek additional ways beyond project focus for women to collaborate, knowledge share and gain perspective and exposure.

What advice do you have for other women in your field?

Be courageous in your communication and conversations, trust and empower others, champion diversity of thought and never lose your sense of humor. ?Also, do not wait for the perfect moment or a time when you are 100% ready for a new opportunity or endeavor. ?Begin anyway!? ?

Who serves as a role model to you in your life and/or career?

I am extremely fortunate to have cultivated so many unique partnerships and friendships during my life and throughout my career. ?Sepi Saidi, Founder and Former CEO of SEPI, Inc., immediately stands out at the top as an excellent role model for me personally and professionally. ?She offers consistent, open, feedback. She is a fair, empowering and empathetic leader I strive to emulate. ?Most importantly, I have great respect and admiration for how she created a culture and space for all, especially women and minorities, to thrive and flourish each and every day.?

What motivates you in your life and/or career?

Each day and opportunity is a gift. ?I am highly motivated by growing and improving everything I encounter. ?I always want to help and serve others and the organizations I support by consistently elevating quality and experience. ?
