What is the best way to uplift and support women in STEM and/or leadership roles?
I think exposure is important for supporting women in STEM. It’s important for girls/young women to see that math and science can lead to many different career possibilities, and the earlier they are exposed to this concept the more likely they are to consider a future in these fields. I also think when women see other women with careers in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, it creates a sense of achievability. ?
What motivates you in your life and/or career?
I always strive to present the best version of myself, and I like to think that is reflected in the work I do. I am always motivated to produce a product that, not only I am proud of, but one that will meet or exceed our clients’ expectations.?

I am fortunate to have worked/continue to work on a wide variety of bridge and tunnel projects that include inspection, load rating and structural analysis, resident engineering, and rehabilitation design.
