Transport for London’s Direct Vision Standard, has achieved a 62% decrease in road casualties post-implementation,

Historically HGVs have been disproportionately involved in more fatal collisions with vulnerable road users than any other vehicle,?research has evidenced that the restriction of the drivers legally required visual field of view is the major causal factor in?Failed to See Collisions,

Transport for London ’s Direct Vision Standard, a road safety initiative that VIZ-OVALZ? (Vision-Ovals) DVS aligns with has evidenced a 62% reduction in road deaths and casualties post-implementation in London,

A 50% difference to the rest of the UK due to increased driver direct vision, changes to vehicle design, manufacturing and compliance with UN R167 - Vehicle Direct Vision

TfL's DVS Key dates

The research TfL's DVS (a world first, adopted in 29 countries) evidenced that 92% (2,498) of people polled are in agreement of increased driver direct vision and acknowledge that?enhanced visibility, plays a pivotal role in safeguarding?people walking, cycling or sharing the same road space.

Demand for improved direct vision

The problem

Drivers can't detect, react to or avoid, people walking, cycling or sharing the same road space, due to the vehicle peripheral, structure and proximity blind spots,

The European Commission expects that Transport for London's (TfL's) Direct Vision Standard (DVS) a world first, adopted by 29 countries, that has evidenced a 62% reduction in? road deaths and injuries post implementation in London, and other road safety initiatives will save 25,000 lives by 2038 in Europe alone,?

The Revolutionary Retrofittable Solution

The VIZ-OVALZ? Direct Vision System - Next Generation Fresnel Lenses that add 90o extra drivers vision for the better detection of people walking, cycling or sharing the same road space that previously were obscured by the vehicle design, structure and proximity Blind Spots.

The VIZ-OVALZ? (Vision-Ovals) Direct Vision System - Next Generation Fresnel Lenses that add 90o extra drivers vision

The Viz-Ovalz? Direct Vizion System builds upon the success of?Fresnel Lens Technology that adds 90o extra vision, to enhance and expand driver visibility,

Trials of Fresnel lenses, commissioned by the Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom ,carried out by Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) evidenced a 59% reduction in structure and proximity blind spot (side swipe) collisions. to date Fresnel lenses, are fitted in over a million vehicles to increase driver visibility and reduce risk,

The Fresnel Lens is endorsed and recommended by FORS - Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme CLOCS , National Highways , TfL and the wider Transport Industry,?such is its success,

The Viz-Ovalz? Direct Vizion System, eliminates the vehicle design, structure and proximity Blind Spot problem– by at least 50%. a significant step in achieving #VisionZero aligning with the World Health Organization 's decade of action on Road Safety Target - To reduce? road deaths and injuries by 50% by 2030!!!

Making the WHO's Target & the VIZ-OVALZ? Vizion for #VisionZero achievable,

The revolutionary Viz-Ovalz? Direct Vizion System?(DVS) is the retrofittable easy to self-instal solution that can’t be matched in affordability, reliability?or performance?by any of the current offerings, the camera and sensor Indirect Vision Devices (IVD's)
