Transparency Transformed
Transparency is a core value that I live out daily in leadership, it is also a key pillar of our culture at benefitbay? and one of my personal drivers for the transformation of employee benefits. To be honest and vulnerable leading a technology start up in benefits is hard, definitely one of the most challenging things I have taken on in my life. So much so that that my famous recruiting disclaimer is "national Open Enrollment window is not for the weak". I know the brokers and HR professionals in my network can resonate with this statement. We were so in the weeds of making a difference this Open Enrollment window that we didn't get to celebrate being featured for our hard work in bringing transparent technology solutions to the ICHRA space.
