“If you are honest, truthful, and transparent, people trust you. If people trust you, you have no grounds for fear, suspicion or jealousy."
-Dalai Lama
Being transparent demands a lot of courage. Not every person can show their actual thought processes or genuine self on account of fear of judgement, of being dismissed, of being less legitimate, and of being controlled. Transparency is significant – in work environments, and individual lives. More than its importance, transparency is inevitable, and we as a whole need it. Being open makes you less intimidating, congenial, credible and human, bringing you closer to people. Transparency permits to cultivate a solid relationship and a positive environment. Absence of transparency can adversely affect your relations. Often ignoring or retaining data can be a terrible move, having an unfortunate impact on individuals who put their full trust in you. A transparent disposition is useful for a person's personal and professional growth. Individuals like seeing and hearing truth. Nowadays, being genuine and real can be challenging. However, on the off chance that you plan to succeed, you need to associate with individuals on a human level and embrace genuine transparency.
