Read this story in a book and I was moved—There lived a man with two kids and a wife. His family was going through adverse conditions
He left home when no one was aware and started walking towards the dam outside the city. On the way, he realized that he loved his kids and wife a lot and if he dies today, it would make their condition even worse than before. He would be responsible for their life long misery. But, since he was stubborn about his goal to commit suicide, he didn’t have the courage to return back even though deep down he still wanted to be with his family.
He then comes up with an idea which might save his life. He decides that if the next person he meets, smiles back at him without any reason, he would return back to his family and work hard like never before

Our single smile has the potential to restore hope
There is a lot of silence and weird moments while you’re talking or just finished talking. Nobody defends you, and if they do, it’s very brief and barely effective. You get challenged a lot. Your accomplishments are minimized, or credited to someone else. Passive aggressive comments/notes/destroyed property etc…A smile to that person who betrayed you and now trying to make you feel right giving hell lot of excuses but deep inside you know the truth!! I guess this will best describe the deep but silent smile!!
Silent bullying is when you don’t talk to someone, ignore them deliberately, exclude them from your life or certain activities. They don’t make eye contact or any indication that they acknowledge you. It can be quite frustrating and very emotionally degrading
