1. Social Impact Job. Manager, Social Impact. KPMG. 2. Working at the level of Systems. Food banks, social housing, support for abused women and children - these are all vital social services that are integral to our way of life - but while they address immediate needs they are not key to solving the challenges that caused those situations to occur. To do that, we need to operate at the systems level. It's hard work and it's even harder to finance. 3. Tech for Good. Many years ago, I had the privilege of working with Kids Help Phone when they were exploring a text messaging program to augment their phone line. They have always been great innovators. Today they announced their latest research, resulting from their collaboration with the Vector Institute , "The FAIIR Tool: A Conversational AI Agent Assistant for Youth Mental Health Service Provision".
