Robyn Bailey joined MpiloTech in February 2020 as a physiotherapist with no prior technical experience. Through her dedication and proactive approach, she quickly adapted to the complexities of Agile methodology, eventually progressing from Scrum Master to Delivery Manager. Robyn's commitment to continuous learning and adept management of cross-functional teams have earned her this well-deserved promotion.?

Thulasizwe Nkosi began his journey with MpiloTech as a UX/UI Intern in 2021. With a relentless pursuit of knowledge, he transitioned into the role of Junior Business Analyst, excelling in analytics and earning a certification in Business Analysis. His promotion to Intermediate Business Analyst reflects his unwavering dedication and passion for professional growth.?
