In the realm of personal and professional development, evolution is not just beneficial; it's necessary. My name is Natalie A. N. Elliott, and I’ve dedicated my career to fostering growth and healing as a licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified sex therapist, and a certified supervisor in all disciplines. Today, I want to share with you why I chose to expand my horizons and step into the world of coaching.

Throughout my career as a sex therapist, I've been privileged to guide individuals and couples through their most intimate challenges. My role allowed me to witness the transformative power of empathy and expert intervention. Yet, a particular session marked a turning point for me. I was working with a couple facing the dual challenges of rekindling their intimacy and balancing a demanding career—a familiar story for many professionals.

The wife, a fellow therapist, was struggling to grow her private practice while maintaining her personal life. ?She was tired, overwhelmed, a little burned out, financially unstable, & at a loss on what direction to go. Observing her, I felt a strong pull to offer more than therapy; I wanted to provide targeted strategies to help her manage both her private practice aspirations and personal relationships. This moment clarified my need for a new challenge: coaching.
?
Why coaching? Because it allows a dynamic approach to personal development that aligns with my lifelong passion for helping others achieve their full potential. Coaching offers the flexibility to focus intensely on professional growth without losing sight of personal happiness and fulfillment.

Moreover, this transition was deeply personal. In 2021, I lost my youngest brother to complications from diabetes. His entrepreneurial spirit and creative output, including publishing a book, left an indelible mark on my life. He believed his pain should serve a purpose, a lesson that has profoundly influenced my approach to coaching.

To honor his memory, I've adopted the title "Professional Big Sister" in my coaching practice. This role goes beyond mere mentorship—it's a commitment to guide, support, and inspire as he would have. Through coaching, I strive to help professionals like you navigate the complexities of balancing a thriving career with a fulfilling personal life.

My practice is dedicated not just to helping clinicians grow their practices, but to transforming their lives into something to bring them great joy, comfort, and peace. As a coach, my goal is to help you turn every challenge into a stepping stone towards your success.
