We are seeking a Transition Manager with qualifications in PMP/Prince 2 (Practitioner), ITIL, and MPS knowledge. The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of demonstrated expertise in executing regional transition management, showcasing a successful history of project completions and prior engagement with end customers.
Managing the transition for DaaS clients from Transition Start to Transition Closure, focusing on the local and smaller, less complex project.
- The services consist in setting up the full contractual deal scope (including Hardware ordering and service set up) as part of the Transition and Transformation phase of MDS contracts.
- The service relates to planning and execution of Monocountry, Regional and / or Global customer signed contracts as part of the Transition & Transformation phase of PS contracts.
- The service is meant to execute contract deliverables as per master services agreement (or customer specific SOW) signed between the client and end customer and including hardware and software installation, process customization, management of change, customer interaction, cross functional team coordination and solutions deployment.
- The supplier is to execute global governance of program milestones and deliverables as defined in PS contracts not exceeding predefined program budget.
