Transforming a Vision into a Career Goal with a AI based futuristic solution

In today's digital and connected world, #Artificial_Intelligence (#AI) has emerged as a powerful tool for delivering numerous use-cases along with applications for shaping up and building career development. Along with other benefits from AI tools, where it helps in various aspects of their lives, from boosting productivity to enhancing mental and physical well-being, AI could also be a great tool to help people shape up their career by giving them insights from industry leaders and stalwarts thereby helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals. This is one such interesting project that we have successfully developed and delivered for a US based Niche Company in the Ed-Tech space, which is aimed to revolutionize career development by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to guide aspirants towards achieving their professional goals in near and long term.

The idea is centered around a Goals Setting Application designed to help users identify and pursue their career and personal goals based on comprehensive personal assessments. Users were prompted to answer questions covering health, finances and more, allowing the Large Language Model (LLM) based AI backend to analyze data and recommend tailored career objectives. These recommendations were based the user’s current status such as income level, health, geographic location etc. to provide realistic and achievable goals.

A key feature of the application was its subscription-based freemium model, offering basic services with the option to unlock additional features for a fee. Its interactive elements included a chat function that enabled users with similar career goals to connect, share insights, and support each other—a concept reminiscent of social media platforms, which promotes a community-based strategy for personal development.

It also allowed users to customize their goals, integrating sub-tasks into broader objectives. For instance, aspiring dancers could set milestones like training schedules and dietary adjustments, all structured within a timeline to track progress effectively. Additionally, the platform incorporated a mapping feature to locate relevant resources such as nearby dance schools, demonstrating a commitment to practical guidance and accessibility. Despite facing challenges, like adapting to evolving UI requirements, the project provided us with invaluable learning experiences. We developed expertise in designing and implementing complex rule engines tailored to individual user data—a crucial aspect for maintaining accuracy and relevance in goal-setting recommendations.
