Our long-standing partnership with DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) is entering an exciting new phase to modernize their paratransit services. This new service, powered by Spare and operated by Transdev, will offer greater convenience—such as real-time alerts and seamless scheduling—ensuring that those who rely on it experience reliable, equitable transit. The Metropolitan Council, the second-largest provider in the U.S. for demand-response miles covered, is set to elevate microtransit services in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, keeping the region connected and ensuring that transit is accessible to those who need it most. RTC Washoe is taking accessibility to new heights as they officially launched their new ADA paratransit service with Spare. Building on the success of their FlexRide service, RTC Washoe is rolling out 54 paratransit vehicles with optimized scheduling, shorter wait times, and improved on-time performance. Ketchikan is embracing modern mobility by leveraging Spare's automated solutions to do more with existing resources. This update enables same-day services, automated calls, and supports service expansion without adding additional staff.
