However, designing customized programs for your employees in collaboration with a premier business school offers significant value. As part of the leadership development programs we design for mid to senior-level managers, we often include a business school immersion.

For instance, in a 3-month leadership program focused on 6 themes, 4 of the themes would be covered by industry experts and 2 would be done at a Business school campus. This enables us to craft a unique learning experience with participants drawing insights from industry experts, as well as from academia.

For the Business school component, participants travel to the campus for a few days, stay on-site, learn from professors, and experience the vibrant campus atmosphere.
