While technical and domain skills are well-suited for online self-paced learning; leadership, collaboration, strategic thinking, and innovation skills are best developed through cohort-based live learning.

The Dynamics of a Business School Immersion

There is no shortage of executive education programs, and many organizations either sponsor or reimburse employees for such programs.

However, designing customized programs for your employees in collaboration with a premier business school offers significant value. You could define your objectives, align the program with your strategic priorities, work within a budget, and plan the specifics accordingly. Additionally, it fosters team bonding and collaboration, which are crucial for driving innovation and differentiation.

This inspired The star in me to integrate business school immersions into the leadership programs we design and execute for our clients. We partner with prestigious business schools both in India and internationally, such as IIM Kozhikode, ISB, and Ateneo University, among others.

As part of the leadership development programs we design for mid to senior-level managers, we often include a business school immersion.

For instance, in a 3-month leadership program focused on 6 themes, 4 of the themes would be covered by industry experts and 2 would be done at a Business school campus. This enables us to craft a unique learning experience with participants drawing insights from industry experts, as well as from academia.

For the Business school component, participants travel to the campus for a few days, stay on-site, learn from professors, and experience the vibrant campus atmosphere.
