1 年Yes, Dr,your strategy triage appears to be quite in order. The major problem Managers/CEOs around the globe have is not formulation of strategy but its execution.Thank God that we now have models and tools for effective strategy execution.Examples abound and they include Norton and Kapla 8-stages for effective strategy execution, the strategy maps by Norton and Kapla, balanced scorecard, the 4-building blocks for effective strategy execution by Harvard Business School etc.
