Transforming Organizations: New Services to Align Teams for Greater Impact
Recently, I shared in a previous newsletter that I have transitioned from 思特沃克软件技术(中国)有限公司 after 18 rewarding years. I was truly touched and honored by the outpouring of messages from the incredible individuals I had the privilege of working with during these nearly two decades.
After a good vacation with my family, I took some time to reflect and decide on my next steps. I decided to add a more personal touch to Caroli.org. Now, I can do much more than just share content and teach a few training sessions. Due to my geographical location (Spain), I can serve organisations worldwide.
I received valuable guidance from colleagues and a professional coach, who helped me discover my IKIGAI: the intersection of what I love to do, what I do well, what is recognized by the community, and what is well compensated. This combination reflects exactly what I have been doing for large organizations around the world: facilitating the transformation from a project-oriented management model to a product-centered mindset.
This transition is crucial for companies to not only innovate but also improve their operational efficiency, increase agility, and enhance collaboration among teams. By adopting a mindset centered on Product Thinking, Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup, organizations can quickly adapt to market changes, better meet customer needs, and ensure that all sectors are aligned toward common goals. This results in more consistent value delivery and a more dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Many organizations are striving to transition to product teams within a project-driven environment, yet they encounter challenges such as outdated methodologies, misaligned teams, and inefficient processes—often rooted in a top-down approach. The Lean Inception methodology, which I developed over a decade ago, among other frameworks I employ, facilitates this process, making it smoother and more efficient.

I took a few weeks to reflect on various potential directions and prioritized what truly resonates with me, eliminating anything outside my top five. I’ve named this initiative the Lean Inception Program, and here are the services I offer for teams and organizations around the world:
When I organized these services and explained them to my coach, he gave me very interesting feedback: “You are your biggest competitor! You need to focus on what is your differential and match it with those seeking what you offer.” These services are based on my experience and my way of working, such as the application of Lean Inception and Team OKR to transform large organizations. I will not bring more of the same to the market. I will focus only on what I have extensive experience in and that has achieved excellent results: more efficient teams, better-aligned organizations, and improved outcomes.
I want to collaborate with other exceptional professionals, joining forces to support organizations seeking business success and valuing teamwork and collaboration. This means fostering an environment that prioritizes alignment and cooperation, avoiding rigid top-down approaches.
So, I’ll end with this question: Which of these services can add value to your team or organization today? Let’s talk!
