? In-depth Analysis: I initiated the project by conducting a thorough assessment of existing schemas within Jira Assets. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I gained valuable insights into their requirements and pain points.

? Challenges depending on Analysis

• Diverse object schema for any management needs such as Infrastructure Management, Supply Management, People Management, Fleet Management, etc.
• Diverse importers to a different object schema
• Lacking overview of Technology Lifecycle Management
• No way to the connection between Business processes to IT Assets
• No native function to Move Insight Object types from one schema to another
• No native function to move any object type into another inherited object type

? Holistic Design: Leveraging our expertise in data modeling and architecture, we crafted a robust and versatile Data Model that addressed the diverse needs of our client. This encompassed mapping out relationships, properties, and attributes, ensuring a holistic view of our data landscape.

? Object Schema Consolidation: Employing a creative blend of strategic planning and technical proficiency, I consolidated disparate object schemas within Jira Assets. This involved utilizing meticulous database scripts to harmonize and optimize the data structure, resulting in a more streamlined and efficient system.

? Custom Database Scripts: An exceptional achievement within this project was successfully moving object types into another inherited object type using custom database scripts. This breakthrough, not supported by native Jira Asset functions, allowed us to achieve a level of flexibility and customization that significantly enriched our data model.
