Transforming how our customers experience Oracle Cloud Applications

It would be an understatement to say that our world has experienced unprecedented change over the past year and a half. Oracle Cloud Applications Suite is engineered to help customers quickly adapt so that their businesses perform effectively. Within the last year, Oracle made the bold move to bring together customer support and customer success and integrate these within Applications Development. This allows us to anticipate and exceed customer expectations through a common vision and set of goals, streamlined operational processes, the elimination of organizational silos, and a shortened feedback loop between core engineering and customer facing teams. By bringing these organizations together, we are already seeing positive customer impact – from successful implementations and go-lives to the realization of value across lines of business and IT.

Oracle’s strategy is built on a customer-first mindset, and our design principles are oriented around delivering a seamless experience. We begin with trying to ensure that customers do not have to leave their applications for answers to simple questions. We do this by ensuring that our products continually get easier to use and more intuitive. In the cases where such questions aren’t that simple, we are creating robust and comprehensive content that customers can consume in a self-service manner to quickly help themselves. If consultation with an Oracle expert is needed, we ensure that a customer can engage the right person quickly and without complexity and friction. Finally, once an issue is resolved or a question is answered, we are striving to continually advise customers on related and relevant best practices to successfully run their businesses on Oracle Cloud Applications.
