Currently a property manager, but the love of learning always has me seeking more in life. I might fail many times over but I am as strong as my mind. I just do not give up.
1 周I have found a great leader takes the time to really be kind and understanding, listen with full intent to be able to understand what their employee, coworker or such needs help with. If I’m expected to respond to every email to my leadership team, but I have now asked 3 times to hr and my district manager to make sure as I come back from my medical leave that I’m able to get back into the computer(yes I was blocked and deleted from system while on leave) and unfortunately neither responded on that aspect. Its frustrating to wonder and hope that things work but if not I’m stuck dead in water and not able yo do my job nor put in a ticket to my IT department. I look forward now to my growth that I’ve made here at this location and moving on to showcase how I’m a hard worker, knowledgeable, always learning, and love helping others. Leadership is being there for others whom you work with even if it’s not every day. In my life right now the leadership that oozes from me with my children (conflict is always happening) has made them better in their lives! My youngest 9years old will get upset and go outside the class to do deep breathing and then go back to class. By teaching our younger generation leadership now they can succeed!
