- UX refers to user experience basically focus on the interaction and experience by the users while using product. It projects a path for the each steps of user journey.
When you are working on the product designs, here are few things to be take care for a seamless experience of transition and user interaction & Approach to be followed.
- Conduct user research, define objectives, and gather requirements for the redesign.
- Work with designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on user feedback and requirements.
- Implement the new design elements and features, ensuring cross-functional collaboration between design, development, and testing teams.

Also, Try if you can have a iterative transitions such as,
- Deploy the updates in phases based on Complexity & size of module (& Many other factors) instead of the sudden whole new change.
- Have them a flexibility to switch between old and new versions at the initial phase of introduction.
- Can also go with functionality wise updates for example the login page gets new look, after certain duration make an updates to dashboards and so on… Just an example.? This will help the users to grasp the new look and feels make themselves familiar to it. It will ensure the smooth transition for the product.
