Transforming Business

Every business has “dis-ease.”? The symptoms may be obvious that your company is infected, or the cancerous cells are lying dormant and waiting for the optimal moment to rear its ugly head.? I don’t take cancer lightly; however, this is the best metaphor to articulate my point. ??

Every great business does all the right things to prevent infection.? But no business is 100% immune.? Occasionally, a toxic chemical enters your environment causing a need for a cure.? The great news about every company is that they are very similar to humans.? All unique in their DNA.? Which also means, the cure to improve a business and unleash its ability to achieve their goals, isn’t really a cure.? It’s an improvement for the immediate symptom and doesn’t necessarily address the root cause.

What many company leaders don’t realize, or don’t want to hear, is that their company is not 100% within their control.? Far from it really. In reality, the leader is only in control of their own actions.? Even a large percentage of those actions are unconscious.? The control (or the DNA and collective mind) of the company is made up of all the humans making your company work (E.g., the employees, contractors, and customers).

I don’t say this to overwhelm you at all.? It’s more to help you understand that you do have within your control to remove any “Dis-Ease” in your company.

So, I want to share with you a new “Business” Clinical Trail starting.? We are searching for 6-8 company leaders (CEOs, Business Owners, and/or Key Leaders reporting to the CEO/business owner that has autonomy to make a change) who:

  • Believes in themselves, their people, their company, and their customers
  • Wants to leave a positive impact on others
  • Wants to grow themselves, their people, their customers, and their company success
  • You have at least 10 employees in your organization

Who this isn’t for anyone who:

  • Doesn’t believe this will work
  • Doesn’t believe they have great people,
  • Doesn’t believe there are new opportunities for your business.
  • Anyone desperate for all the results fast and within 3 months, this is unrealistic

Changing the behaviors is difficult enough, we don’t want to work with anyone that is going to argue this won’t work.? There is no time for that, and you will have a negative impact on your company and the others in this program.? Please don’t waste your time or ours for that matter.? It’s that simple.

The theory we want to prove is that when we combine the best practices used over the decades, the combination has an exponential impact that creates tremendous momentum. It’s Newton’s first law stating that every object will remain at rest (in the same state it’s in) unless it is compelled to change its state by action of an external force.? Our goal is to remove the inertia in the business so that your business remains at an improve velocity – consistently.? (No I am not a physics guru, however Newton is helping me this time with a metaphor for business).

What is this “Business” Clinical Trial?:

It is a structured program to prove that creates transformational impact for businesses, generating:

  • A Flow of Opportunities,
  • Less stress and more fun at work,
  • More great customers, more great employees, more ______ (you fill in the blank)

Results we will improve:

  • For the business: Revenue, profits, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, higher quality, more great customers, improvements in cashflow, scale, culture
  • For the employees: increased satisfaction at work, promotions, increased results (these are at work) at home - better relationships, better financial outcomes towards financial freedom, less fear and stress
  • For your customers: higher trust in your company, better quality received, products received faster, their customers are positively impacted as well
  • For everyone the employees have in their lives: they will be “infected” with the energy coming from the employee.
  • For the colleagues of the business watching the results – serious FOMO (Fear of Missing Out if you are unsure of what FOMO is) will ensue

In the end, you establish the results you want to achieve. These above are just examples.

What we will do:

1.?????? Baseline the current state

2.?????? Identify the future state

3.?????? Assess the business and the people

4.?????? Create the Impact Plan

5.?????? Track progress, adjust

Yes! This looks so simple. Simple is good. However, the key to the success is in the secret sauce in the HOW.? How will we do it?? That is the recipe that makes up the Impact Plan .? The recipe is customized to your current state, your future state, the assessments, the feasibility to implement the various best practices and strategies for your market and industry, AND a dash of your own personal goals.

How long will the Trial Program last:

  • On average, one to two years – this really depends on the size and scope of what you want to achieve AND how open to change you and your employees are. Transformation (in most cases) is not overnight.

What is the commitment:

  • Yes, there is a commitment – you must be willing to invest in yourself, your company and your employees.? The time and money is nominal compared the results you get. If you want real results accountability and commitment are required.
  • You think you don’t have the time? It’s difficult to make that decision when you don’t know the time involved.? If you are already working 20+ hours a week inside your business, doing the work, you need this program more than anyone.

What action should you take?? Get on my calendar and we can figure out what to do next.

How we will celebrate:

At the end of the trial, we will publish our results.? Our ultimate goal is to share with the world what we found, the success of each of the companies and their employees.? We believe that we can make positive and exponential impact on businesses, employees, customers, and our circle of influence.? We will most definitely protect the confidentiality of the businesses and employees.? But you, when you participate will get all the credit, it’s you and your employees that did all the great work.? We want to share that with the world.
