The answer to the question is very small but has a very deep meaning. A reader with a bit of vedic astrology background will find much easier to understand, but I will try to express as much possible from layman’s point of view.

We can see in our society that a very highly qualified hardworking person struggling for success. Where as a less qualified is enjoying success in his career.

Alignment of the career / business as per their horoscope is very important for success. With it one will struggle.
My classic example which I repeat in many of my article :
A struggling lawyer went to an astrologer for seeking astrological guidance. The astrologer after studying the horoscope told the lawyer that his destiny shows huge success by selling lassi ( curd cold drink ), as it is perfectly aligned as per his horoscope.
I hope the reader understood about alignment as per horoscope.
In other words, alignment means, one should that job which his / her horoscope signifies. It is that job that will give highest success as it is aligned as per the horoscope.
Sometime people go in wrong business, job and face difficulties and sometime one doesn’t have choice other than that so they had to pick up that job.
Sometime its seen that a person is forced to take up his family business but his horoscope doesn’t promise business. They face lot of struggles in their business as their destiny / faith is not aligned with their career.
So getting career aligned as per the horoscope is the best way to achieve success in both career and business and its also the best remedy.
