Celebrating 15 Years of clearmotive marketing group
Next month clearmotive marketing turns 15. Business is a rollercoaster with big wins and deep learnings, and over the past decade and a half, Chad Kroeker (my co-founder) and myself have celebrated both.
We’ll be sharing fifteen stories and lessons from the trenches. We worked out of a residential loft when we started, and my first office was a closet.?
We often had our own team breakfasts in the kitchen, kicking off the projects for the week. Our boardroom table was also a Murphy bed, in the event we had to pull an all-nighter.
Since then, clearmotive has evolved and built out two large offices — one in Calgary Beltline and the other in Toronto’s Liberty Village. We have hired over 80 employees in 15 years, many of whom they learned more from than they mentored.?
Today, clearmotive has fully transitioned to a #WFA (#workfromanywhere ) model, resulting in the team being the most productive — and happy — it's ever been.?
Make sure you’re following clearmotive marketing to learn why you should never pass up a cigar from a stranger, how to stop throwing too many tennis balls, and why we believe you should never waste a good crisis.
Thank you for reading! If you enjoyed this month’s newsletter,?ensure you’re subscribed?so you never miss an issue.
