Transforming Agriculture through Data Driven Organizations

Today I had the privilege of starting my day with these 14 Principles of the future agricultural sector which confirms some of the beliefs that we have in this transformation forum.
It captures some of the inspirations that our model of student led extension supported Youth Led Extension and Advisory for Development (YouLead). Africa agriculture is at an inflection point, we shall grow if we do not operate in local silos that we call our companies or countries...the value chain of actors that start with your consumers and pull production from empowered producers through the chain of suppliers and other support services, will form the key anchor of the global relationships that we seek. At the GODAN Africa Hub, we believe the future is open and that these tenets as presented here serve as the true north of our engagement with our network of partners in the data space. I would encourage any and all organizations that believe in this model to be part of the GODAN Network... we want you to be part of our network as we change the face of agricultural practice in Africa and the world!
