A Transformative Week In Costa Rica

Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the dry jungle of Costa Rica, creating unforgettable memories and deepening meaningful connections.

I spent a full week on an adventure with an amazing group of women from across the country. Together, we practiced yoga, embraced vulnerability, soaked up the sun, and indulged in fresh, nourishing food. We explored the breathtaking landscapes, experiencing the magic of Costa Rica up close.

Throughout the week, I found myself surrounded by moments of pure magic and manifestation. I am especially grateful for the chance to connect deeply with my mom and best friend—we shared laughter, quiet reflection, exhilarating adventures, and even a few tears.

Now, I’m back, feeling re-energized and ready to dive into work with a renewed spirit.
