In the past year, we’ve seen many organizations undergo transformation and far too often, strategy and tactics are driving the change. In a recent conversation with Rich Lesser, we spoke about the importance of focusing on “the why” and the human element of it all. Rich is the CEO of Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a former colleague of mine (he recruited me to BCG years ago), and a long-time friend.
