How can we ensure that fundamental values transcend generations and become the pillars of a fairer and more transparent society? Education, as a driver of change, has the power to transform not only individuals but also their communities and work environments. The educational initiative “Súper Valores - La AAEC va a la escuela”, led by the Asociación Argentina de ética y Compliance (AAEC), offers a concrete response to this challenge by instilling principles of integrity and justice from an early age – foundations for building more responsible and democratic communities.
“Súper Valores”: A Solution to the Normalization of Corruption
Corruption is a deeply damaging issue that affects institutions and social cohesion. Its normalization represents a critical challenge in many societies. In response, the “Súper Valores - La AAEC va a la escuela” program offers an innovative solution to tackle this problem from childhood. Targeted at primary school children, the program promotes positive habits and attitudes of coexistence rooted in principles such as integrity, respect, and honesty.
An Innovative Proposal: Simplifying Complex Topics for Children
Developed by AAEC in collaboration with FORO 21, this initiative uses playful and pedagogical approaches to make complex concepts like corruption and ethical values accessible to children. It helps them not only to reflect on the importance of values but also to integrate them into their daily lives in practical ways.
Facilitators guide children through activities that create a memorable learning experience. This extends to their homes with a game-based tool that replicates the classroom dynamics, encouraging families to reflect on real-life situations where fundamental principles like respect, honesty, and integrity come into play.
To address this, teachers and school administrators are actively involved in the training process, alongside volunteers who foster a dynamic and participatory atmosphere in classrooms. This approach ensures that children understand how values influence their daily lives and society at large.

1 个月Volunteering for this project fills me with gratitude. ?? Each experience, each visit to a primary school, moved me deeply. Every moment felt like planting a tiny seed of possibility for a childhood that is more conscious, attentive, and ready to imagine and create a reality rooted in integrity, ethics, respect, courage, honesty, and bravery. Together, we explored how corruption, as a disvalue, hides in the ordinary and should not be normalized. We learned that the power to stop it begins with us, in our own square meter. It’s an honor to be part of this initiative led by Asociación Argentina de ética y Compliance, surrounded by friends and colleagues. Here’s to more Compliance, and to more meaningful experiences that truly matter.
