"A Transformative Journey: My Summer 2023 Data Analyst Internship at CBC, Dealer Safeguard & CreditDriver - powered by Informativ"

For this summer of 2023, I have the privilege of working as a Data Analyst Intern at Informativ . This internship provides me with a platform to cultivate and acquire practical experience in honing my analytical skills, subsequently offering invaluable insights to the sales and operations team. I am granted the opportunity to engage with merger data from diverse platforms, a task that aids the team in constructing metrics and devising scoring mechanisms. The overarching objective of these analytical practices is to tangibly enhance data quality and contribute to more informed decision-making processes. I am deeply grateful for the guidance and support from my manager, Nicole Grabos , and the technical architect, Dhananjay Salunke , who made this journey even more rewarding.

As Data Analyst Intern, my primary focus revolved around utilizing data to streamline operations, strategically driving sustained organizational progress across diverse sales and operational initiatives. I've been actively involved in crafting scoring mechanisms aimed at furnishing executives with insightful executive summaries. These summaries serve to equip leaders with a concise data overview, thereby facilitating informed strategic decision-making.

• I'm collaborating with the Director of Sales Operations and Technical Architect to review and analyze a targeted subset of our company database.?
• This involves understanding the history of each database, field uses and definitions, and account hierarchy relationships within each database.?
• Based on this review, I'm partnering with senior leadership to explore opportunities on how to clean up the targeted dataset with the goal of using this data to drive targeted Sales campaigns.??
• This foundational work will feed into my Fall 2023 internship with the company.

During the entirety of my internship, I effectively employed a range of tools such as SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, visualization tools, Salesforce, NetSuite, and advanced Excel. These tools played a pivotal role in streamlining workflows and elevating the caliber of my work, ultimately affording me the capacity to concentrate on generating profound insights.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to David Carner , the CEO, for fostering an environment that nurtures learning and personal growth. Receiving a handwritten note from the CEO on National Intern Day further added to the incredible experience. This platform provided me with a practical application of the knowledge gained during my master's program.

I am deeply thankful to my manager, Nicole Grabos , for her continuous mentorship and guidance during my journey. Her offer of extending my current internship until the fall of 2023 deeply appreciates. Your unwavering support has been a driving force that inspires me to pursue excellence.
