A Transformative Journey in China: Building the Future of Green Energy in India

I recently spent over 10 days in China, visiting around 11 cities, including #Beijing, #Tianjin, #Nanjing, #Shanghai, #Hangzhou, #Guangzhou, and more. It was one of the most insightful experiences of my life.

A special thanks to Alextin Mendonza , whose guidance and technical expertise helped me better understand various parts and products essential for developing a robust green energy ecosystem in India.

India’s mission for a Green Future has often faced challenges due to limited manufacturing capabilities and raw materials. However, this trip has opened new possibilities for collaboration with global partners. With the right partnerships, we can create impactful solutions across key areas such as:

What stood out in China was the scale and readiness of their green technologies. I witnessed entire cities running on electric and hydrogen energy, from private vehicles to large commercial fleets. It's inspiring to see concepts we are just beginning to adopt in India already being implemented there.

Supporting SMEs and Startups in Green Energy While larger players will lead the charge, we must also empower MSMEs and startups. Their agility in launching products is unmatched, and with the right support, they can drive innovation. We aim to work closely with incubators and investors to fast-track this process.The Role of Research and Development (R&D)One key learning from energy conferences in China was that genuine innovation and knowledge often come from those deeply invested in R&D. Unfortunately, many companies focus solely on sales without real advancements. While these companies play a role in growth, India must prioritize practical, research-driven solutions for sustainable progress.

Looking Ahead: Scaling Green Ventures As part of our commitment, we plan to onboard over 20 companies into our Founders Club India Venture Studio, creating a platform to drive change in the green energy sector. We will also host events to connect stakeholders and foster collaboration across the ecosystem.Together, with clear goals and collective efforts, we can create a Green India.
