I am thrilled to share a life-changing experience that has deeply impacted my perspective and priorities - the 10-day Residential Vipassana Meditation Program.

Vipassana, often regarded as the purest form of meditation, places unwavering focus on mind concentration, natural respiration, and body sensations. The roots of Vipassana trace back 2500 years to the time of Gautama Buddha, who taught people to live a life centered around morality, concentration with control of pains, and the pursuit of wisdom.
