Transformational Systems

In the world of business growth and development, continually improving oneself is a fundamental principle.

I recently attended a transformative event called Heroic Public Speaking, which not only enhanced his speaking abilities but also left me with a profound personal transformation.

The Heroic Public Speaking Experience

Heroic Public Speaking is an invite-only program designed to elevate one's speaking skills to the next level.

Recently, I had the privilege of interviewing the CEO and founder, Michael Port , on my podcast The Balanced Growth Show.

Michael, with his marketing background, understands the power of referrals and built Heroic Public Speaking with the goal of turning clients into raving fans who can't help but spread the word.

There was no marketing, no advertising, and that was on purpose!

They wanted to just build a product that would be 100% referrable.

And they did!!!

HPS was my favorite speaker training ever and is quite possibly the best in the country!

(They didn't ask to do this-so proof right there that it's working!! I can't help spread the word!)

The Value of a Transformational System

The key takeaway here is the importance of having a transformational system in your business.

While marketing is crucial, relying solely on it might not lead to consistent growth and client loyalty.

A transformational system, on the other hand, creates an environment where clients become advocates and referrals flow naturally.

Personal Transformation

One of the unexpected outcomes of Heroic Public Speaking for me was a personal transformation.

While I'm still the same person I definitely see the world differently. The best programs always make you do this...

This newfound perspective has made me look at every aspect of my business: my coaching, training, and even content creation in a totally different way.

For me, I was the Ideal Client of HPS aspiring and somewhat experienced speaker who wanted to up his game.

They gave me the skills to speak better, but what I didn't know was that I would need to learn how to perform and that changed everything for me!!

Applying the Principles

  1. If you're wondering how to apply these principles to your business, start by understanding who your Ideal Client is. Not just demographics, but their challenges their frustrations, their concerns. Get into their psychological mind and really understand them well enough to feel like you are one of them.
  2. Then deliver something that your client wants-this is what they are expecting from you.
  3. Then deliver the thing that your Ideal Client truly needs-this will blow their mind and transform their life...and they will want to tell the world! ;) (Check them out here)

The New Norm in Business

Transformational Systems should be the new norm in business.

If you're not prioritizing this approach, you could be losing clients to competitors who excel at creating transformation with their clients.

Instead, you could be connecting with your audience and turning them into raving fans!

We all know that retaining delighted clients is often more valuable than acquiring new ones in the long-term, so what do we need to do?
