Transformational-mind!
Gagati (人?米) Khwaza-nagar1
From broad perspective of FAO’s strategic objective FOUR Enable inclusive and efficient agriculture and food system, I am interested of pursuing joint research initiative on Transformational mind from paddy and rice marketing functionaries and entrepreneurs anticipated with ADB (Asian development bank) projected agenda recommended on the changing role of rice in Asia’s food security for effective-efficiency perspectives pinpointed as serious need of new research program and new confidence building measure in the era of KBE (knowledge based economy) toward a journey of excellence or authenticity for deep understanding of highly complex global society and its inherent chaotic business system adapted on loosely coupled innovative-dynamic equilibrium condition sustained in organizational ambidexterity with learned optimism for future generation (so called new normal) in the context of history, agriculture & food systems and new age philosophy.
The reason of why I am interested to deeper level (sphere) study of transformational human mind to understand the distinctive true meaning of chaotic-simplicity and simplicity through observing reality of growth-development as an indivisible business entity (event-ideality) in specific space-time for understanding the invisibly-linked influencing-forces behind the effective-efficiency of value added activities and its overall business performances and health. Understanding of qualitative and quantitative complexity and its deeper abstract level of true dynamics of marketing functionaries and entrepreneurial mind (mind constituents or traits; world view; systemic entities) in small scale research might be empirically exercised in higher level organizational theories for innovative cohesion of advanced and developing economics for effective-efficient utilization of global paddy and rice based resources for critically addressing of crucial food security and poverty alleviation issues into a large scale research and execution process whose emergence outcome might be maximized extrinsic and intrinsic value opportunities in local knowledge, value and employment-income fundaments through multi-disciplinary business cluster formation in agriculture, commerce and engineering field and also revitalized and reactivated the local brand formation processes with synchronized value activities in homeostatic arrangement of SC (supply chain), VC (value chain) and FC (food chain) for risk minimization and social well-being under common identity of rice-mind-science industry.
In my academic credence and expertise, I envisaged the broadly seeing big picture of true prospect of rice industry and the strength of its mind, science and technological potential. I perceived the immense importance of cross-disciplinary research resources, expertise and credence required for conducting any further deeper level (sphere) research to understand the process of transformational human mind of local paddy and rice marketing functionaries and entrepreneurs at Gagati-Khaza-nagar in Bangladesh, a field study I pursued in the year 1998 during my post graduation studies in the graduate school of biosphere science, Hiroshima University, Japan, under the guidance of professor Mikuni Hidemi (professor of marketing), professor Osamu Saito (professor of management and food systems research) and Keshav Lall Maharajan (professor of development and cooperation economics, IDEC).3 Since then (within 18 years), Gagati-Khaza-nagar transformed into 2nd largest paddy and rice processing center in Bangladesh, a premier finished rice supply source center for all over the country. Some dedicated, hardworking entrepreneurs and marketing functionaries made this place famous in Kushtia, Bangladesh. Very striking invisible-feature is that they are mostly intra-migrants from different villages like Chilmari char, Bazumara char, Vabonodia char and Chak rajapur located in Dolowatpur thana, Kushita, district whose predecessors originated from Dhaka, Manikgang, Commilla, Noakhali and Faridpur districts under the free rehabilitation program of then government of East Pakistan and they are locally called Bangal. It is due to their colloquial languages which is little different from Kushtia dialect. River erosion and job scarcity were the main reasons for their intra-migration. In this concern, upraising some appreciative inquiries in mind, is the metaphorical phrases, a smart home is where the bottom is! true in the transformational process of different marketing-business functionaries in so called Gagati-Khaza-nagar? How Webber, Parker, Wilber, Peter and Porter are working in their mind-set as dynamic faithful retrospective coherent forces? What does it mean for them, I see therefore I am!, I think therefore I am!, I love therefore I am!, I act therefore I am! and, I am me.! At the end, how do profit follow or accrued for them?
In conclusion, under helping fellow being through mutual cooperation, I am interested to pursue or coordinate the cross-disciplinary research on transformational mind to explore the working dynamism, consciousness and inherent absolute beauty for reason of being and spontaneously endeavoring for promoting high value added activities of paddy and rice based resources under common business cluster toward realizing the dream vision of rice-mind-science industry3 for understanding the true meaning of strategic staple-the Rice

7 年After reading this article written by Ali Akbar I planned to write comment on it. But before writing comment on this article I have to remember some points of my friend during the days of Kushtia Zila school. Ali Akbar, that very brilliant boy, who is exceptionally talented since his school life. Other than education in our school life, we passed all day long at his home together to make science projects. I was proud that I got awards in science invention and speeches on science in science fair. But surprisingly one day we came to know that Ali Akbar got national Champion award (gold medal) on scienific invention. For a moment I was jealous, but soon after I come out of it and realized that Ali Akbar is far ahead of me and our general students, not in education only but in other activities also. Instantly together with teachers and students we arranged a reception program in celebration of his extra ordinary achievement. I was in front row in debate, speeches, recitation, writing, playing chess etc. That why when teachers called me to tell about Ali Akbar’s achievement, I became very much emotional. After long days back we are in touch again through face book and LinkedIn. When I read this Article of Ali Akbar, first it seemed very simple to me. But the more I am reading, it seems deep to deeper to me. I told him that I am not realizing anything of this article (due to my lack of my knowledge) and sought his help to let me understand. After several chatting for last several days today I am here to write on it. First I salute him. Yes it is appropriate to Ali Akbar that he (and his level) has to think about the solution of the food, the major problem of the people of Asia and the world. From his point of view he is feeling for the need of joint research of the food related people like farmers, producers, processors, distributors, scientists, investors and so on. The most amazing that to solve the food problem of the world (thou he mentioned Asia, but this is common problem of whole of the world) he is interested in study with Transformational human mind. Because in very right way he realized that the root cause of the food problem engraved in deep of human mind. To get the real solution of the inherent chaotic business system, his thought is really considerable in this age of Knowledge based Economy (KBE). He perceived the immense importance of cross-disciplinary research and positive transformation of mind of all the parts related to rice cultivation, processing, distribution, and differently related functionaries- that is most important to come out from the food crisis of not only the Asia, but of the world as well. Over all it is the most important article for the people and the institutions related to food and poverty alleviation activities. Wish all the best of my friend. Hope this research will come in to the notice and consideration of the right authority and can get the way of implementation. Hope for the positively transformation of human mind of the world, a poverty free world, a better world!!

7 年Ali Akbor, PhD, MBA is a gentleman and a scholar in his own field. His thought provoking ideas touched me recently and may be many more. By reading his articles, initially, I was confused; and got serious nervous, when he asked me to write my opinion on his Rh and Transformational-mind. I was shy, because of my ignorance and limited knowledge in his subject matter. However, I have had an opportunity to meet him in person at his residence after 29 years, spent over 8 hours. We have exchanged ideas and shared our memories. Today, it seems to me “Transformational-mind!” is a project of Rh Marketing and Consulting can be an answer of 22nd centuries questions…(i) how do we feed half of the world population in next century; (ii) how do our best use and valued of existing resources those are melting down in the processing pipeline. Frist of all, I must appreciate for this hard work. There are lots of gems hidden in this synopsis. But it can be expanded. Could someone come forward? I have discovered below few points for further discussions: 1. Inner and intra relationship 2. Risk mitigation and challenges 3. Product development 4. Market and ethics This article certainly is a mind-blowing project…I wish, he will keep his commitment and passion for this project and take to next level of success.
