Job titles and positions are not the proof of leadership, but rather honourable opportunities for you to demonstrate your leadership capabilities.
If you can inform others enough to become wiser, inspire them enough to dream bigger, challenge them enough to learn more, encourage them enough to do more, and influence them enough to ignite their leadership spirit. Then and then only are you qualified enough to be called a leader.
Leadership without spirituality is a dictatorship, for if you can’t love them, you can’t lead them. To attempt to lead people without the spiritual principles and ethics upon which leadership was founded is a selfish quest for power.
