Transformation time?
Carl Adamson is a great example of what can be achieved in a relatively short space of time, IF you are willing to put the effort in.
These pictures are 12 weeks apart (i have nothing to do with the chest hair! ??)
I have literally created a BEAST in the gym and i look forward to watching his progression, he's still a newbie in training terms and there's LOADS more to come from him.
When Carl first approached me about his nutrition, i knew within the first few moments of our conversation that he just wasn't eating enough to support the amount of training that he was doing.
It was a classic case of trying to eat as little as possible to try and lose weight, it's not his fault as countless others get sucked into this all the time in the endless pursuit of getting that scale weight down.
But what cost? Feeling tired all the time, and in most cases not looking as good as we potentially could.
You cant just smash yourself into the ground every session and then back up your training with poor nutrition, you wont recover properly and this will effect you getting the results you want and even your everyday function.
All i've changed with Carl, is the the type of foods and amount of food he was eating and got him lifting weights.
LOTS OF WEIGHTS!
Resistance training is a fundamental part of all of my programmes, if you don't lift any weights...
WHY THE HELL NOT?!
Even you long distance guys will benefit trust me ????...
Carl always had the motivation and drive to achieve these results, he just needed a little direction and support.
ACCOUNTABILITY = UPSCALING IN EVERYTHING YOU DO.
Well done buddy.
Enjoy your holiday.
P.S - Carl still had a trip to Marbs and a few nights out here and there during this programme. You DON'T have to live like a monk to get good results.
P.P.S - Watch this space for another GROUP TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME - LAUNCHING SOON.

"Before starting Gav’s 90 transformation programme, I was known by my friends as a notorious yoyo dieter, trying all sort of fad diets to try to lose weight. Even though I lost weight doing these diets, I’d always put the weight back on and start something different to lose the weight again.
In December 2016 I joined the The Strong Programme to attempt to lose weight and find something that I could stick to and enjoy doing. After finishing the 6 week programme I was lucky enough to win a 6 month membership to The Strong Programme, which I was looking forward to continuing. At the beginning of the year I was hitting the classes 5-6 times a week and saw a difference to my weight and strength, but also notice that my energy levels were low.
I went to Gav for advice on why my energy levels were low. The first question Gav asked me was “What does your diet consist of?” And at the time my diet was, a smoothie for breakfast, soup for lunch and your standard meal for dinner. The reply was that I wasn’t eating enough for my body and for the amount that I was training.
Gav told me about a group transformation programme that he was going to start at the beginning of March, which included a bespoke food plan for my size and goal. He told me that it would 100% improve my energy levels, training and that i'd become a lot leaner and gain muscle. The bespoke 90 day training programme also provided help, support and guidance throughout which I really benefited from.
After starting the programme, I was shocked to see the results; they were noticeable early on during the programme, especially with the amount of food I was eating and seeing this gave me my energy and drive to do the best I could. As well as the semi private PT training sessions, I continued going to the strong sessions (which is included in the package).
I can honestly say that Gav works miracles and has completely changed my thoughts on food and how it supports weight loss and training. I have also made some great friends within my group.
Thanks Gav and not forgetting Kyle O'sullivan for helping me over the 90 days and I can finally say I’m happy with the way I look and feel, and I’m ready for my holiday!"
