Transformation? A Short & Sweet approach in a Cup

In today's business environment, every Organisational Unit need to reinvent itself to survive the Porters Five Forces.

However, Transformation is a very tricky thing with an information overload on the subject. The saddest part is that this overload has overwhelmed many since they started thinking Transformation as the holy grail of the Business World. The need of the hour is to have the most simple way or method that ensures quick results.

I intend to share my typical approach that is a sort of Green Belt approach where each unit can start / align their own initiatives to get tangible results for their Transformation initiatives. Trust me, despite their magnitude, such successes are going to give an unbelievable Nitro Boost in your race to enhance your competitiveness.

The major benefits of this approach are;

  1. Easy to adapt and begin
  2. Starts from Stakeholder Feedback and hence ensures that the effort is spent on things those matters to the Stakeholders
  3. Leads to Continous Cycle of improvement activities, ensuring quicker learning and sustainable improvement.
  4. Quicker visibility on the results, as explained above, the most critical success factors to make the Transformation sustain itself and
  5. Makes everyone participate and makes it easier to communicate the vision to all those matter. This is another key Success Factor that eludes many Transformation Efforts.
