Organizations are shaping as institutions and helping the employees to rise as upcoming leaders. We are in process of making a corruption free environment. In this era, when we are getting more sensible towards our people and emotions at work place, we are realizing how our action can benefits the people around us to rise in their domain. We are also getting extra liable in our approach for the society in enabling this world a better place to live. We are getting accountable towards the object around us, especially the living objects. We are getting more practical in managing the emotions and spreading positivity as well as influencing others to subsidize for rest of the world in make a better and beautiful place to live and rise.

Mindsets are changing! Business are driven with emotions, passion. Profit as well as money turned secondary in long run. Kids are getting more responsible, and people are coming back to their home country/state, as well as awakening and coming forward to contribute something for their motherland. Kids are appreciating their foundation is strong because of their parents hard work and boundless support, who contributed every moment of their lives to give them the best education and a safeguarded life. Our teacher(s) who never been recognized , who largely contributed their lives in shaping us to be better human being, today they are recognized with the title worldwide. I personally feel our values taking over money. I could foresee the time is not far where employees will consider money as a secondary option over peace of mind at work and ethical business practice.

If I have to see statistics, India is world No-2 in population, we are 1.38 billion (138 Crore) as on 2021, and of which 31 million Indians works in organized firms, approx. 5 Million works in IT Sectors (Approx. 50 Lakhs people). It is possible if we all come together and contribute our part to make the disadvantage class more advance. ?

When I say contribute, I am sure many of us presume as donation or financial support for the disadvantaged people. Apart from money we can do many things for the people who don’t have cloths to wear in this winter, many people die out of cold weather , people are suffering from starvation not having a meal for days. Your contribution to the world, might be your kids last year books which you sell for peanuts, it might be your household things, which you are not been using and keeping aside in the storeroom, it might be the old warm cloths/cloths of your kids/self/ or parents which is no use now as they have grown up, it might be your kids toys. We can dry wash them and distribute it in the Orphanages/ School for Special Childers. Calling India #india can we do this Christmas/ New Year?

I celebrate every year my son’s birthday in an old age home or in an orphanage. I can’t express the happiness I see in those old parent’s face in the old age home, who have been kept in the old age by their own kids. They hold my son and bless him with a warm hug. Some of them with tearful eyes express their gratitude not for the food my son offered them but for a re-visit again and speak to us we are all lonely, we want to speak, laugh and play with you.

We contribute our bit of responsibility towards the society in best of our capacities, do you do? Instead of throwing a party at a 5star hotel celebrating a birthday or an anniversary of your family, can we put a step ahead to buy a meal and couple of hours in a year with the people who really need us?
