TRANSFORMATION
I wrote a year ago that we all want TRANSFORMATION in some form – not just a change, but a change that significantly reshapes our reality.
Based on THRIVING and STRIVING to improve there have been substantial TRANSFORMATIONS in the past year. Peter Oettgen has become the Editor-in-Chief for DynaMed and I feel good about passing along the content authority and responsibility after twenty years.
Not only has the editorial team had substantial TRANSFORMATION but our development team and methodology has had its biggest TRANSFORMATION in company history to provide more agile development.
As these things occur and we continue to expand our reach to more than a million practicing physicians and an uncounted multitude of other health care professionals I also see the beginnings of TRANSFORMATIONS to support systems of many kinds and not just support all the individuals.
This all fits very nicely into a TRANSFORMATION spanning a few decades of evidence-based medicine becoming practical in real-time on a massive scale. It is amazing to be part of such a global and socially important change.
