Role & Responsibilities:

????Mainframe Application Development:

Develop, code, test, and maintain mainframe applications using JCL, COBOL, DB2, and VSAM.

Collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

????System Maintenance and Support:

Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing mainframe applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

????Database Management:

Design, implement, and manage DB2 databases.

Optimize database performance and ensure efficient data retrieval through SQL query tuning.

????5-7 years of experience in mainframe development with expertise in JCL, COBOL, DB2, and VSAM.

????Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

????Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting in a mainframe environment.

????Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

????Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
