Transform Problems into Possibilities:

A Fresh Approach to Problem Solving

Today, I want to chat about something we all face: problems. Those pesky challenges that seem to pop up when we least expect them. Let’s dive into a fresh way of tackling them!

Imagine you’re struggling with a problem… what’s your usual approach to solving it? I want to share a method that’s a bit different from what you might expect. It's less about finding immediate solutions and more about understanding the feelings behind the problem.

Step 1: Write It Down

Grab a journal, a piece of paper, or even your phone. Write down your problem and then jot down the feelings that come with it. Why is it a problem for you? What emotions are tied up in it?

Step 2: Understand the Equation

In a Peter Crone Mastermind, a problem was defined with the following equation:

Problem = Circumstance + Observer + Resistance

Here’s your opportunity to explore the resistance part of the equation, which is usually rooted in a limiting belief or perspective you have about yourself.

Getting Vulnerable

Let me share a personal example:

Perceived Problem: A recent "new client" dry spell.

- Circumstance: 0 new clients

- Observer: Me

- Resistance: A barrage of thoughts about not: sharing my gift, living my purpose, earning additional income, being strong at sales, feeling free or being empowered.

By bringing awareness to these constraints, I realized my ego was acting from these subconscious contexts:?

- “I’m not valuable” (Unless I’m inspiring others to joy, freedom, and radiant health)

- “I’m not going to be okay” (I’m creating uncertainty for the future?based on the present circumstance).

- “The life I’m in right now isn’t it” (I’m judging where I am right now).

Step 3:? Recognize the Lies

Here’s the kicker: I get to recognize the lie in each of these confining thoughts.

- I’m not, not valuable – External circumstances don’t ever dictate my value.

- I’m not, not going to be okay – That constrained, limited energy is more likely to perpetuate the problem. Instead, I choose to embrace the belief that the future of my business is pure possibility.

- I’m exactly where I’m meant to be in business?– With trust, patience, and commitment, I’ll be available to coach with and inspire the exact right people at the exact right moments.

Step 4:? Surrender

Instead of exhausting yourself with mental gymnastics and searching for immediate solutions, the best thing to do is let go. Be with the underlying feelings. In this case, I felt sadness, frustration, and self-judgment. My opportunity was to surrender and simply be with these feelings.

Dr. David R. Hawkins states that once you let go of suppressed feelings about what seems to be the problem, the answer will be waiting for you.? I'm now?excited with the new?trajectory of my business?and attracting aligned conversations with women inspired to a new way of life without struggle.

Give It a Try!

Next time you’re faced with a problem, try this approach. Write it down, explore the feelings, understand the resistance, recognize the lies, let go and allow beautiful synchronicities to unfold at your new level of evolution.
