Transform Documentation into Dialogue with ChatGPT

Professionals in Education, Enablement, and Documentation within SaaS Enterprises play a crucial role enabling teams to use products for problem-solving effectively. Content creation teams must demonstrate how individuals with diverse skills and expertise collaborate to create solutions.

Large Language Models (LLMs) offer an innovative avenue to enhance our users' learning experiences. I've developed a custom GPT designed to create educational dialogues from given materials and problem sets. This article will guide you through using this GPT, supplemented by interaction excerpts available in full here.

The GPT starts by giving an overview of the approach and prompting for input.

The GPT will identify three individuals, at different levels of Bloom's Taxonomy, who work together to solve the problems presented.

To optimize user experience and GPT resource management, I applied the strategies discussed in my article 'Instructing ChatGPT on Navigating Large Prompts'. As a result the GPT will summarize the approach and pause for confirmation before proceeding to generate dialogue.

As you can see, a complex segment of security documentation is effectively simplified through a collaborative discussion among professionals. Dialogue demonstrates how to solve the problems and how people work together to rally around the product features in pursuit of solutions. This approach makes the information more relatable and accessible. This output can be used in a variety of ways, some starting points are:
