This world today is bogged down with so much hustle bustle & WHO is Responsible for this?
Each one of us, YES, Each one of us...
- While Jogging in the park or while Playing with the kids
- While Driving or while Relaxing
- While Working on assigned task or while Chitchat with peers
- While Bathing or while getting Fresh-n-up
- While Eating or while Sleeping
All in all while doing Anything, EXACTLY, Anything - The 'BEING', The 'SOUL' is at unrest. We all are a victim of experiencing Deep Unrest within us.
But today we won't look for "Why's of Unrest" or "What's reason for Unrest". Because this DOESN'T Matter. Yes, not at all. We will not Beat Around the Bush. No!
What matters is "HOW". How to transform this Deep Inner Unrest into Deepest Inner Bliss.

1. Meditate! (Food for Soul. It's asking for Expert's Advice & that Expert is YOU, it will ALWAYS be YOU)
a. Take a Deep Breath
b. Notice your Feelings & Emotions
c. Acknowledge without categorizing in Good or Bad
d. Let it go
e. Become aware of the Present Moment
2. Keep Learning Mode ON
a. Enroll for any hobby class
b. Explore options to learn new skills e.g. Language
c. Learn lyrics & tune of your Favorite Song & then SING IT!
3. Let Nature come to your Rescue
a. Go for a walk in park/forest/riverside/beach
b. Sit or take a stroll in garden/park
c. Gaze the Stars & wonder about the Mysteries of Universe
d. Witness the rainfall, thundering, lightening (Keep yourself 'Safe' of-course)
4. Deep dive into your Unrest
a. Think through it
b. Let it move in your whole body
c. Without asking Why or What happened just experience your Unrest/Pain/Hurt/Despair. Be with it!
5. Submerge in your Favorite book
a. Read it as a story
b. Make notes basis your own interpretation
When you start exploring the HOW's you will discover that this is what gives you the Power!
