Transferable
For me everything in life is transferable.
In my work place words are used to create an environment of positivity, an environment of consensus and not adversarial, work place safety, teamwork, employee motivation, engagement, what the company values etc. You can walk down the corridors, or sit in the employee cafeteria and watch on the numerous TV monitors all of the positive information that is being consciously or unconsciously inputted into the employee’s consciousness. I am a very positive person by nature and everything in life is an opportunity, so for me, the environment I work in is a match of my values … there is a connection.
I feel my input has value. I am treated with respect, which in turn; I treat my employer with respect. I express gratitude and I am grateful for the intentions in which my employer tries to conduct business. It is the balance of seeing the efforts that are being made and not always looking at what is not being implemented. It is the distinction of being positive or negative. No one needs to be nagged at all the time.
Everything in life is transferable, from work to home or out in your community.
Now, on the other hand, in my past personal life, and I have a feeling with most people (not all), there is a disconnection with how their home life and their work life is conducted.
Currently, in my home words are used to create an environment of positivity, an environment of consensus and not adversarial, home place safety, teamwork, family motivation and engagement, what my home values etc. You can walk down the hallway, or sit in my living room and see the positive information that is being inputted into my family’s consciousness. I am a very positive person by nature and everything in life is an opportunity, so for me, the environment I live in is a match of my values … there is a connection.
I feel my input has value. I am treated with respect, which in turn; I treat my family with respect. I express gratitude and I am grateful for the intentions in which my family tries to conduct themselves. It is the balance of seeing the efforts that are being made and not always looking at what is not being implemented. It is the distinction of being positive or negative. No one needs to be nagged at all the time.
This is what having a balance life is … the connection between your work environment and your home environment … is their a match?
