Did you just make a video and now it’s up to you to distribute it? If so, you know it's difficult to decide what to do next. Many people have found success by using a strategy that includes clear action steps. So, here you go, the #3 useful thing to do with your video is Transcribe it! Earlier I suggested you start by optimizing your video for SEO and then posting it to Vimeo and YouTube.
3. Transcribe the video.
Transcription is a written copy of the video. If your video is short, you can do it yourself. If you have a script from your video production vendor, then you have an accurate transcription already. Either way, the value comes in SEO, as it will help your videos rank higher. Turning your video into writing also extends its reach to readers.
