There are many Executives brought into C-suite transformational leadership accountability due to external shifts. ?

Having led a successful career within the current industry business and operating models they see that circumstances are changing.?They choose to embrace the opportunity to be transformative leaders as stewards of their organisational and career legacy.?Our industry, and indeed the world, needs these leaders.

Making this choice comes with personal challenges and responsibilities. There will be habits that have served us well that now need to be re-examined.
