The Transcendent Rep

The Transcendent Rep

If you want to be truly successful in any job, industry or aspect of your life then you need to be willing to keep pushing when the easier option is to give up. Winners don't quit when the going gets tough.

In the gym this is called THE TRANSCENDENT REP. When your body screams that you've had enough but you find something from somewhere to complete your set. Is the hurt worth the reward? You bet it is. Now you've discovered what your capable of. Now you can strive for more. When we find new limitations it's time to raise the bar once again. Winners don't quit when the going gets good.

Arnold Schwarzenegger famously once said; “There are no shortcuts-everything is reps, reps, reps.” He knows better than anyone how transforming oneself can redefine what others believe is possible. Winners see opportunity where others can't. Winners are willing to work for the opportunity that others won't.

The more you test yourself in the toughest of environments the more familiar challenging situations become. As a result your growth as an individual will empower you to bigger and better achievements. You'll look back at that TRANSCENDENT REP with a smile on your face knowing that is where your journey began. Winners learn from everything that they do. Winners know that learning never stops.
