Sensitive to other opinions
Inclusive leaders are not full of themselves. Rather they are sensitive to the opinions of others. They listen more than they command. They are cautious about the terms they use and intolerant towards the imposition of views on others
Collaborative in nature
Inclusive leaders believe in the power of collaboration. They reiterate time and again how working together as a team can make dreams a reality. Therefore, they acknowledge the contributions of all team members, giving them due credit.
