I was so happy to know of National Training Week organized by HRDF. It was an opportunity for me to fine tune myself, and also an opportunity to make connections. Its Day 4 of the week and I have discovered more than what I thought I would. Here are my observations:
sent by their organizations. Most of them are also Trainers themselves.
3. Most of them came to upskill themselves. They shared that they do not receive any evaluation on their own trainings. Nobody is leading them. They are mostly out in the playfield alone! I know some people do this job to enjoy skipping this process, but........( reflect)
4. People are shy! I had a few online trainings and they did not switch on their camera. Is as if, they did not want to be seen ! I do wonder, how do they function at the workplace? Or all they mostly 'WFH' ,and not being present has molded them into shy creatures.
5. How presence is missing. They came for the sessions, but most of the time, they were talking about work challenges. Body was there, but mind was elsewhere.
I am saying this is a conclusion, this is just an observation. A BIG GAP is being highlighted here.
